Our Building Experience with Craig Burrows - Dr Derrick and Jackie Coetzee

We built our dream home through Craig Burrows. The day he started on our house is the day when our building stresses faded away. This is in contrast with most - as the day when their stress starts.

Our decision to use Craig was based on the following:

• The ability to communicate with us and to ensure an open line of communication during the building process. We like to be up to date with developments and be involved in the whole process.

Our choice was the best decision we could have made and it paid off. He still manages to treat you as a precious client where most people I spoke to who recently built were treated as numbers. He did indeed prove himself as the best builder in town as can be shown in his quality of work with the associated perfectionism and attention to detail which are his trademarks.

Our house is on a very steep hill slope with limited access. This seemed not to be a problem at all for him - or as he would say “there are no problems - only issues that need to be dealt with” - which he did with grace. Craig is a man of quality and a family man and in the same way he picked his tradesmen which produce the highest quality of work because they work together as family and friends. They are very loyal and trustworthy and they deliver the promised goods. Craig Burrows does not need advertisements to sell his product - his work and past clients speak for him.
