In 2003 my husband and I purchased a block of land with the idea to build the home we had dreamt about for some time. We had previously built two homes in Cairns and the process of building hadn’t exactly been the highlight of our lives. We did our research and were recommended to Craig Burrows. From the outset our experience with Craig was positive, he understood that we weren’t going to be the easiest to build for as we had had two negative experiences in the past and our expectations were high. The home my husband had designed had many features that many other builders would shy away from but Craig embraced the challenge. The whole process of building was a joy, the standard of workmanship excellent and he delivered on time and price. The home won Craig the HIA Cairns Housing Awards in it’s category in 2005. We have since had some problems with materials and Craig has never hesitated to return and fix the problem, so I can honestly say that he is true to his word with service and quality. We would always use him again and have recommended him to many of our friends
