Having our building plans independently designed and drafted, gave us the flexibility to shop around for the right builder. We knew what we were looking for in a builder, having built 2 homes previously.  This house was going to be our dream home, hence we wanted to get it right! After meeting with 4 builders, we chose Craig and his team. 
Craig was easy to talk to, he had experience with building homes on hill slopes, his price compared well to other builders’ and he came highly recommended from others who had built with him.

Through-out the building process, we dealt with Craig the entire time.  He always answered his phone and returned calls and emails.  He kept us informed as to what was happening, he was flexible and he was happy to spend time explaining and resolving any queries or concerns.  Probably, the thing that impressed us the most was that he was happy to get in and get his hands dirty!
